Xpression Web Solutions looking forward to Christmas Do!

The eagerly awaited Xpression Web Solutions Christmas Party is about to commence.

 

The venue is EventCity in Manchester and it is the UK’s second largest events centre outside of London. Located adjacent to the Trafford Centre, the whole of the Xpression Web Solutions office are excited about the night out.

 

Over the past 17 years EventCity have organized exclusive events for some of the UK’s leading and most prestigious companies and now Xpression Web Solutions, well established market leaders in the field are waiting with anticipation and excitement for the Christmas Do. As a reward for all the staffs consistent hard work, this year we have spared no expense to treat the staff and offer them our unreserved thanks.

Only the most heavenly, divine, fun loving and fashionable people are granted entry, the till in the formal wear section of Hugo Boss has taken a pounding this week as all the staff have pushed the boat out to look the part for the night. All the staff of Xpression Web Solutions are looking forward to sailing up the red carpet and passing the flash guns of the rabid paparazzi, as the club hostess ticks us off her VIP list.

Having entered the warmth of the foyer we will be given the opportunity to shed our coats and more importantly any inhibitions, as we join the hottest party in town!

Cages hang from the ceiling, filled with bodies bedecked in an array of rainbow, ruffles, sequins and feathers; they groove and pulsate in time to the rhythm. Hot pant clad roller skaters serve weird and wonderful cocktails and delicious canapés, whilst overhead a beautiful girl swings from a trapeze, sprinkling angel dust on guests as they pass below.

Once seated, the real extroverts take to the under lit dance floor which flashes wildly as they execute their wild and unreserved performances. Course after course of delicious food is served as artists perform on sensuous silks, hoops and trapeze from high above. It is here in the beating heart of the party, where the most eclectic mix of performers raise the tempo.

Soon the fun casino opens up in the cocktail bar and just when you think the excitement has reached its peak, the final curtain falls to the ground to reveal an incredible sight; smoke and lasers dance between carousels, waltzers, and dodgems; an indoor playground just waiting to entertain.

From this moment on, you are in no doubt that this really is “The Greatest Party on Earth…” and everyone who works for Xpression Web Solutions are in no doubt that there will be some great stories to be had back in work after the party.

Xpression Web Solutions – Chelsee in the final of Strictly Come Dancing with a perfect 40!

Xpression Web Solutions are really impressed with Chelsee and would like to congratulate her on her 40/40 performance on Saturday she was absolutely fantastic. So elegant and yet fiery at the same time. She is a natural, her sense of rhythm and posture is all so fluid. It was excellent. Xpression Web Solutions think that her energy is captivating and really is great to watch. Week after week she has been 1^st class, performing like she has danced professionally all her life.

 

She was the first celebrity in this series to get a perfect 40. She deserves her place in the final after working so hard and producing a flawless display. Brilliant entertainment.

Xpression Web Solutions – Little Mix last night became the first girl group to win the X Factor!

Xpression Web Solutions think that it was the closest X Factor final in history, and the top 3 was too tight to call, but on the night Little Mix made history as the first ever girl band to win the X Factor!

 

The group who were put together for the show, beat Marcus Collins in the final at Wembley arena and will now surely go onto bigger and better things as they are the Xpression Web Solutions favourites to get this years prestigious Christmas number 1 with their cover of Damien Rice’s Cannonball.

 

Xpression Web Solutions think that they will follow in the steps of Girls Aloud and the Spice Girls. They are fresh, current and they have the likeable factor as 4 normal working class girls and they certainly have the vocal ability. Xpression Web Solutions just hope that they have the longevity to succeed and live up to the expectations.

Xpression Web Solutions think that Manchester United need to sign some big names in January!

Xpression Web Solutions think that since losing Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez in 2009, Manchester United have played a particularly cautious game in the transfer market, only really spending this summer with the purchases of David De Gea, Phil Jones and Ashley Young. Big names have evaded Alex Ferguson and he has missed out recently on Wesley Sneidjer, Sami Nasri, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema and David Villa etc. The time has come for United to break the bank to land a couple of the world class signings to add some bite to the struggling midfield and protect the vulnerability of the defence.

Last night was clear to Xpression Web Solutions that United put far too much pressure on Wayne Rooney’s shoulders and he needs some help. All of Europe’s leading clubs rely on a talisman, be it Barcelona and Lionel Messi or Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Undoubtedly Wayne Rooney is a class act and a firm favourite with United fans and Xpression Web Solutions. But United are very dependant on him, he is their best striker, and their best midfielder and probably their best defender as well and despite him being influential on the team even when he isn’t scoring, he has failed to lift them to greater heights this season as the commentator pointed out his lack of goals from open play this season. The 26 year old is in need of support from the likes of a world class creative midfielder and especially a playmaker as Rooney is often shackled and frustrated by average teams especially because we do not have any players of enough quality feeding him the ball to score and time and time again you will see Rooney tracking back to win the ball back and even in some cases head the ball off his own line which he shouldn’t have to do. the things he does off the ball are terrific and he usually makes a positive contribution without being on the scoresheet but he needs to score more goals.

Xpression Web Solutions think that United’s new look young team is a long way off from emulating the success of their Old Trafford predecessors.

Knowing him personally, Xpression Web Solutions are really glad that he showed the real side of Mark Wright. He is a normal decent guy. Well done Mark for just being yourself.

Xpression Web Solutions think that years show was the best yet, he was such a good sport throughout the series and was very gracious when Ant and Dec announced that he was in 2nd place. What an incredible performance getting to the final. Jumping out of a helicopter, taking part in the trials like getting in a cave. Getting in a glass box with rats and eating all sorts of horrific things.

Xpression Web Solutions are full of admiration for Chelsee, it is fair to say that she was probably a little bit hard done by the judges on Saturday, everyone at Xpression Web Solutions thought that Chelsee was under marked and not sure what the judges were looking at.

 

As well as being one of the favourites to win, she will need a bit of luck to win the show and everyone at Xpression Web Solutions are delighted that she is growing in confidence each week. She is so hardworking and energetic and it is impossible not to love her.

Xpression Web Solutions are over the moon that Mark seems to have won over the fans, and is currently odds on favourite to top the public vote and win the show and be crowned king of the jungle in this coming weekends final.

Xpression Web Solutions hit by nasty stomach bug as it sweeps across Britain!

Xpression Web Solutions know that in winter time there always seems to be a nasty bug of some sort going around, Xpression Web Solutions have been stuck down by the stomach bug that causes diarrhoea and vomiting and makes people feel so bad that they can’t even go into work.

Somehow, most of us have managed to avoid the bug. But at Xpression Web Solutions, those who have had it, experienced nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea which lasts the first 12 hours. Not a pleasant combination.

Mercifully it seems the worst is over after 24 hours but it’s not nice and it has resulted in a few absentees from the Xpression Web Solutions team.

On behalf of everyone at Xpression Web Solutions, I think it is fair to say – ROLL ON SUMMER!
